SelectBlinds, an Arizona-based window coverings retailer, disclosed a data breach on November 10, 2024, affecting 206,238 customers. The breach, which began on January 7, 2024, and was discovered on September 28, 2024, involved malware embedded on the company's website that allowed attackers to steal customer data during sales transactions. Compromised information includes names, email addresses, shipping and billing information, phone numbers, and complete payment card details (card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV security codes). For customers who logged into their accounts during checkout, website credentials were also compromised. The incident was reported in breach notifications filed in Maine and California.
