Cognizant TriZetto Breach Exposes Health Data of 3.4 Million Patients

TriZetto Provider Solutions, a healthcare IT company and subsidiary of Cognizant, experienced a data breach where unauthorized actors accessed a web portal used by healthcare providers. The breach, detected in October 2025, allowed access to sensitive health information for over 3.4 million patients.
